I've only been using this light for about 2 weeks now, so I can't really comment on if it succeeds in what's advertised. However, so far, I'm really loving it.I had done a fair amount of research on red light therapy, but just hadn't taken the plunge into purchasing anything. This advertised as having the wavelengths to actually be beneficial, so I decided to give it a try.Overall, I'm impressed by the quality and am looking forward to results with continued use, specially with joint and muscle pain relief and collagen production.
