Wavelength Guide
Wavelength is measured in nanometers and determines how deep the light reaches. Devices that combine red and near-infrared (NIR) cover more use cases than single-wavelength models, which is why most multi-wavelength devices list both ranges.
How to Use
- Start on clean, bare skin or an exposed treatment area.
- Fit or position the device so the light reaches your target area — a mask for the face, a belt for joints, a mat, blanket or panel for larger areas.
- Choose the mode and intensity level, then set the auto timer.
- Run three to five sessions a week, and wipe the surface after each use.
Product Comparison
All five device families use the same core 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared wavelengths, so the difference is coverage and fit rather than light quality. Pick the form that matches your treatment area: a mask for the face, a belt for targeted zones, a mat or blanket for lying-down sessions, or a panel for the largest adjustable coverage.
